Terms of Service
Last updated June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atlanta World Cup Ticket Tracker (the “Service”). By creating an account, paying for access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is an informational tool. It aggregates and displays the lowest publicly listed resale (secondary-market) prices for seats at the eight 2026 FIFA World Cup matches held in Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, across third-party marketplaces, and lets you set price-drop email alerts. We do not sell, broker, transfer, or guarantee tickets, and we are not a ticket marketplace.
2. What your purchase includes
A one-time payment grants a single user account access to the live price dashboard and price-drop alerts through the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup (on or about July 19, 2026). Access is for your personal, individual use only. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged; it is a one-time charge and does not automatically renew.
Your purchase buys access to the tool — it does not buy any ticket, guarantee any particular price, guarantee that any listing is available or purchasable, or guarantee that you will save money.
3. No refunds
Because the Service grants immediate access to digital content, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account, login, or the Service’s data to any other person;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, cache, republish, or use automated means to extract data from the Service;
- circumvent any access control, rate limit, bot-protection, or authentication mechanism; or
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for any violation of these Terms.
5. Pricing data — accuracy and third parties
All prices are sourced from third-party secondary marketplaces and are provided “as is.” Prices change constantly and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Listings shown may already be sold or unavailable. Any purchase you make happens entirely on a third-party site, subject to that site’s terms; we are not a party to and are not responsible for those transactions, fees, deliveries, or disputes.
6. Not affiliated with FIFA or others
Atlanta World Cup Ticket Tracker is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Atlanta Falcons, or any ticket marketplace. All trademarks, team names, and event names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlanta World Cup Ticket Tracker and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your reliance on price data or from any third-party ticket purchase. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for access.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
