Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Atlanta World Cup Ticket Tracker(the “Service”) collects, how it is used, and who processes it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account info — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier.
• Alert preferences — the matches, seating levels, and target prices you choose for email alerts.
• Payment info — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited transaction metadata (e.g., amount, a Stripe session ID). We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — standard request data and a bot-protection token used to prevent automated abuse.

2. How we use it

• to provide dashboard access and verify your purchase;
• to send the price-drop alerts and digests you opt into;
• to process your payment and prevent fraud and abuse; and
• to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers (processors)

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Service:

• Google Firebase — authentication and database (account & alert data).
• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Email delivery — to send you alerts and digests.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use authentication tokens necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and alert data for as long as your access is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and dispute resolution. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time from your dashboard. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
